Create Floorplans of Listings

The Central Texas MLS Board of Governors approved the partnership with CubiCasa. CubiCasa is an app based program that allows agents to create floorplans for their listings. The  agent uses their mobile device and walks the entire house taking a video of the baseboards of the house. The video is then uploaded to the CubiCasa server and the floorplan is created. Users will receive the floorplan within 24 hours after uploading the video.

The service is FREE for a basic floorplan. However, there are a few fee based upgrades that can be purchased. Upgrades a GLA Report ($15), Fixed Furniture ($15), and a 6-hour turnaround ($10). Also, if the house is over 5,000 sf, there is an additional charge of $10.
